Schedule

  • Full-time, 4-day schedule: Friday through Monday
  • 10-hour shifts (5:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST)
  • Flexibility required: start times may shift between 5 AM – 9 AM PST based on business needs

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly via email and chat, ensuring compliance and clarity
  • Conduct welcome calls with newly enrolled clients, guiding them through the enrollment process
  • Support retention efforts by engaging with clients considering cancellation—re-communicating benefits, addressing concerns, and retaining accounts
  • Provide program modifications and account updates when needed
  • Follow communication guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Meet or exceed performance and retention goals, contributing to team success

What You Need

  • Proven experience in client retention—successfully handling cancellation calls and retaining customers
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and active listening
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
  • Must reside in the United States

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional training or certifications in customer service preferred
