Schedule
- Remote, full-time role (must live in the U.S.)
- Friday–Monday schedule, 10-hour shifts (4 days/week)
- Core hours: 5 AM – 4 PM PST, with flexibility to adjust start times between 5 AM and 9 AM PST depending on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries with professionalism
- Manage email and chat communications, ensuring accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Conduct introductory calls with new clients and guide them through enrollment
- Support client retention by engaging with those considering cancellation and resolving concerns
- Follow company procedures, meet service goals, and contribute to team success
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Proven experience in client retention, especially handling cancellation calls
- 2+ years customer service experience, including email/chat support
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in customer service preferred)
