Schedule

  • Remote, full-time role (must live in the U.S.)
  • Friday–Monday schedule, 10-hour shifts (4 days/week)
  • Core hours: 5 AM – 4 PM PST, with flexibility to adjust start times between 5 AM and 9 AM PST depending on business needs

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries with professionalism
  • Manage email and chat communications, ensuring accurate documentation in CRM systems
  • Conduct introductory calls with new clients and guide them through enrollment
  • Support client retention by engaging with those considering cancellation and resolving concerns
  • Follow company procedures, meet service goals, and contribute to team success

What You Need

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Proven experience in client retention, especially handling cancellation calls
  • 2+ years customer service experience, including email/chat support
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in customer service preferred)
