Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
  • 8-hour shifts between 8:30 am – 8:00 pm EST (assigned after training)
  • Occasional overtime as needed
  • 3–4 months of paid training, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST
  • 100% remote within Mainland U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer 50–70 daily calls from patients or representatives regarding billing, insurance, payments, and account issues
  • Process adjustments, refunds, transfers, and manual sales
  • Investigate and resolve complex billing concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain logs of escalated correspondence and provide updates to leadership
  • Navigate multiple systems including Quest Billing and web platforms
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all company regulations

What You Need

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service or healthcare experience in a call center, office, or medical setting
  • Experience handling high call volumes
  • Strong computer skills with Windows PC applications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Commitment to full-time attendance during the 90-day training period

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or medical billing experience
  • Knowledge of billing/finance and eligibility processes
  • Ability to explain complex healthcare information in simple, clear terms
