- 100% remote position (must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY)
- Paid training provided
- Full-time hours with consistent scheduling
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers in English and Spanish via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolve inquiries, de-escalate issues, and escalate cases when necessary
- Process payments, track interactions, and provide follow-up support
- Deliver product and service information with professionalism and empathy
What You Need
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Strong problem-solving skills and computer literacy (Windows navigation required)
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload, no satellite or mobile data) and a quiet workspace
