This is a remote, full-time bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service role supporting the NJ Family Care program. You’ll handle inbound calls, walk people through applications/enrollment, document changes and complaints, and keep your accuracy tight.

Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Training: 5–6 weeks, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Shifts (after training): availability required within
- Mon/Thu: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Tue/Wed/Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- (You’ll be assigned a 40-hour schedule inside those windows.)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for NJ Family Care beneficiaries and partner organizations
- Provide 1:1 phone support for applicants/beneficiaries/enrollees
- Accurately document enrollments, status changes, complaints, and grievances
- Enter application/enrollment info into a web-based system for phone applicants
- Maintain proficiency in program rules/guidelines and communicate them clearly
- Deliver accurate, objective info with empathy and professionalism
What You Need
- Bilingual Spanish/English (spoken + written)
- High school diploma or GED
- Call center/customer service basics + comfort with quality monitoring standards
- Strong problem-solving and ability to work across diverse backgrounds
- Ability to pass background + drug screening
- Complete an internet speed test and meet minimum requirements
- Location restriction: Not hiring in AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY and certain metro areas (includes Chicago)
