Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Paid training provided (computer or laptop required for assessments)
  • Shift adherence required; schedules may vary by program

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and resolve customer inquiries in Spanish and English with professionalism and empathy
  • Verify and update caller records; document every interaction in the CRM
  • Navigate multiple browser tabs and knowledge bases to follow client-specific steps
  • Conduct follow-up and outbound survey calls when needed
  • Use contact center metrics to maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED (proof required at offer)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong multitasking, web navigation, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and pass a background check, drug screen, pre-employment testing, and internet speed test

Work-From-Home Requirements

  • Non-cellular high-speed internet: Fiber, DSL, or cable only
  • Hotspots, satellite, Wi-Fi–only, and other wireless home internet are not allowed
  • Must meet program-specific speed requirements
  • Senture provides all equipment
