What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls and provide Spanish-English customer support
- Help patients with billing questions, insurance questions, and account resolution
- Research discrepancies and fix account issues
- Update insurance details and rebill claims when needed
- Send itemized statements / courtesy claims
- Set up and manage payment plans
- Document every interaction accurately in the system
- Keep a professional, empathetic tone even when calls get heated
What You Need
- High school diploma/GED
- Fully bilingual Spanish + English
- Strong phone presence + listening skills
- Solid typing speed (you’ll be talking and typing at the same time)
- Comfortable with Windows/computer systems
- Customer service/call center/retail/hospitality experience helps
