What You’ll Do
- Assist Driver Assistance Program customers with services such as Emergency Assistance, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and Hands-free Destination Assist
- Carefully evaluate caller needs, from navigation help to urgent emergency situations
- Provide empathetic, calm, and professional responses in stressful situations
- Document and resolve inquiries to completion
What You Need
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and active listening skills
- Ability to handle emergency and emotionally difficult calls with empathy
- Quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed wired internet (10 Mbps minimum)
- Windows 11 PC with USB wired headset and updated antivirus software
- Smartphone or tablet for authentication app
- Must pass background check
- Must reside in the U.S. (except CA, NY, PA, WA) or Canada
