What You’ll Do

  • Assist Driver Assistance Program customers with services such as Emergency Assistance, Stolen Vehicle Locator, and Hands-free Destination Assist
  • Carefully evaluate caller needs, from navigation help to urgent emergency situations
  • Provide empathetic, calm, and professional responses in stressful situations
  • Document and resolve inquiries to completion

What You Need

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle emergency and emotionally difficult calls with empathy
  • Quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed wired internet (10 Mbps minimum)
  • Windows 11 PC with USB wired headset and updated antivirus software
  • Smartphone or tablet for authentication app
  • Must pass background check
  • Must reside in the U.S. (except CA, NY, PA, WA) or Canada
