Schedule

  • Remote position available in select states (AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, WY)
  • Evening and overnight shifts available
  • Must meet work-from-home internet and workspace requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions and concerns
  • Calmly de-escalate and resolve issues, escalating when necessary
  • Process payments and track call-related information for reporting
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions
  • Meet defined sales objectives

What You Need

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Minimum 6 months sales and customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace and qualifying high-speed internet
