Schedule
- Full-time, 2nd shift schedules available
- Training start date: September 15, 2025
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Remote position with reliable internet (5 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download minimum)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and work fraud detection cases for credit and debit accounts using the Falcon Fraud Detection System
- Place and receive calls to investigate suspicious activity
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to accurately assess and resolve cases
- Prevent potential high-dollar liability by identifying fraudulent activity early
- Communicate trends and training needs to management
- Maintain professionalism and composure in difficult situations
- Document case activity accurately and meet performance targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience (fraud detection experience preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) – $1.00/hour language differential
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to navigate multiple systems
