Schedule

  • Remote position (must reside in TN, TX, FL, PA, or MI)
  • Full-time hours with paid training
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve inquiries
  • Calmly de-escalate and resolve issues, escalating when necessary
  • Process payments and maintain accurate call records for auditing and reporting
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Upsell when required

What You Need

  • 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Typing speed of at least 30 wpm
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating Windows systems
  • Organized with strong prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Internet: Minimum download 50 Mbps / upload 10 Mbps, no packet loss, ping under 50ms
  • No satellite, mobile, P2P, or VPN connections
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
