Schedule
Fully remote, equipment provided
Paid training: 2 weeks, mandatory, 100% attendance required
Call center hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time
Saturday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
Overtime may be required based on business needs
Pay: $13 per hour base, with scheduled increases based on tenure
Incentives: eligible starting the first day of the month after completing training (top performers can earn significant monthly incentives)

What You’ll Do

⦁ Make high-volume outbound calls using an automated dialer (about 50 calls per hour on average)
⦁ Use approved scripts to explain and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations with licensed providers
⦁ Handle objections using prepared rebuttals and guide members toward booking without being pushy
⦁ Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments accurately across multiple systems
⦁ Meet daily performance metrics including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity
⦁ Support team coaching activities like peer side-by-sides when needed
⦁ Follow HIPAA guidelines, protect member privacy, and escalate complaints immediately

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak)
⦁ Comfort in a results-driven outbound call center environment with repetitive, back-to-back calling
⦁ Sales aptitude and confidence persuading while staying respectful and professional
⦁ Strong communication skills that are friendly, clear, and conversational
⦁ Ability to follow a fixed schedule, accept coaching, and maintain confidentiality
⦁ Ability to use multiple systems at once while staying accurate
⦁ Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass required pre-hire screening steps
