Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST; Sat–Sun 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
  • Mandatory paid training: 2 weeks, 100% attendance required
  • Equipment provided by Senture

What You’ll Do

  • Make ~50 outbound calls per hour using an auto-dialer; handle limited inbound spillover
  • Explain and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations with licensed providers
  • Follow approved Spanish/English scripts; navigate prepared rebuttals to overcome objections
  • Use multiple systems to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
  • Meet daily targets for appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity
  • Protect member privacy (HIPAA) and escalate complaints appropriately
  • Join peer coaching sessions and complete overtime when business needs require

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Spanish/English (read, write, speak)
  • Drive to succeed in a results-focused outbound environment; sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, friendly phone presence, and confidentiality mindset
  • Proficiency working across multiple computer systems and tabs
  • Prior high-volume call center and auto-dialer experience strongly preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screen
  • Provide two valid IDs and proof of education at onboarding

Work-From-Home Requirements

  • Reliable cabled internet: 20 Mbps upload, 5 Mbps download, latency ≤ 100 ms
  • No satellite, cellular, hotspot, or Wi-Fi-only connections
  • Quiet, secure workspace; you supply furniture
  • Adhere to schedule and security standards

Benefits

  • Base pay: $13/hour
  • Scheduled pay increases with tenure
  • Monthly incentives starting the first of the month after training; earn up to $1,125/month (up to ~$7/hour extra) based on hours worked and appointments-per-hour performance
