Schedule

  • Full-Time, Remote / Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone

What You’ll Do

  • Process the majority of provider invoicing in a high-volume environment.
  • Support the Billing Manager and Billing Associates with projects and daily team needs.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing questions and keep work moving.
  • Monitor billing-related communications and ensure issues are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver high-touch customer service to providers and partners.

What You Need

  • 1+ year of high-volume billing, invoicing, or data entry experience (court reporting or legal billing is a plus).
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly on both Mac and PC.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Slack preferred (wiki platform experience is a plus).
