This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am – 3:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 8403 Fallbrook Ave West Hill, California 91304.

Primary Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy and work through specific billing discrepancies
Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed
Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables
Work with processing claims and resolving issues with denied claims.
Reviewing correspondence from insurance company and posting rejected reason on the bills.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applications
Able to work a 40-hour schedule within the operating hours of the site
Ability to work on site at the West Hill, California location for approximately 4 to 6 weeks and then transition to work from home.
Ability to work full-time, Monday – Friday between 7:00am – 3:30pm including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
Previous experience in billing or collections
Soft Skills:
Ability to multi-task and to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
