What You’ll Do
- Support clients via email through our help desk platform with billing/RCM questions
- Triage tickets, escalate issues, and provide clear details to engineering and product teams
- Review, prioritize, and support engineering tickets
- Develop deep product expertise to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Advocate for product and service enhancements based on customer needs
- Promote loyalty and satisfaction by exceeding client expectations
What You Need
- 3+ years of customer-facing or tech support experience
- Medical billing background required (physical therapy billing strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience in clinical development or billing operations (RCM, claim review, submissions, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with troubleshooting ability
- Proficiency in Excel; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to adopt software
- Preferred: startup or SaaS experience, Zendesk knowledge
