What You’ll Do
- Respond to client inquiries about RCM and billing software via email support
- Triage and escalate tickets with complete details for resolution
- Support engineering ticket creation, review, and prioritization
- Build deep knowledge of product offerings to answer client questions effectively
- Promote customer satisfaction by understanding needs and delivering value
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and advocate for product enhancements
What You Need
- 3+ years in customer-facing functions such as tech support
- Medical billing background required (physical therapy billing preferred)
- Experience in clinical development or medical billing operations
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot/test software use cases
- Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-directed, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
Preferred Skills
- Prior startup or B2B SaaS experience
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support software
- Advanced Excel skills
