What You’ll Do

  • Deliver excellent customer support through voice, messaging, and email
  • Support customers with Bitcoin transactions across on-chain and Lightning
  • Help with wallet management and account security questions
  • Investigate transactions using blockchain explorers and tracking tools such as mempool.space and blockchain.com
  • Solve issues related to platform features and services, collaborating across departments when needed
  • Identify urgent issues and escalate appropriately
  • Stay current on Bitcoin and broader crypto market developments to better support customers

What You Need

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in fintech
  • Track record of consistently hitting KPI targets (AHT, adherence, QA, CSAT, resolution rate)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Foundational understanding of:
    • Bitcoin transactions and blockchain technology
    • Crypto security principles
    • Blockchain explorers and transaction tracking
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM and juggle multiple interactions efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as telephony tools, ticketing systems, and chatbots
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear terms
  • Strong active listening, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
