Blood Donor Recruiter

Our company is growing and adding more Clients! We are accepting applications for our next Orientation Class in early May. 1st and 2nd nterviews are currently being scheduled the week of April 17th.

As a Blood Donor Recruiter, you will be part of a team of dedicated and experienced Recruiters who help save lives every day.

Qualified Candidate Must:

  • Have at least 1 year of documented (in resume) outbound calling experience.
  • Have at least 2 years of documented (in resume) sales or customer service experience.
  • Have 3 professional references. References should not be friends, nor family. They must be from previous places of employment.
  • Have experience working online using multiple browser tabs and multiple software applications at the same time.
  • Have an internet service provider (ISP) account that is not satellite and that has upload/download speeds that can accommodate VOIP calling. Must also have a hardwired connection to your computer.
  • Run/Use Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 (PC or Mac).
  • Have (and use) 2 monitors when working.

Additional Position Information and Requirements:

  • Must be physically able to consistently work a minimum of 25 hours/week (4 or 5 days/week).
  • Compensation of $15.00 – $18.00/hour (depending on recruitment experience & hours/week commitment). Evening shift differential +$2 more per hour.
  • Contracts are awarded for renewable, 1-year terms with a minimum of 25 hours/week, Monday through Friday.
