Location: WFH – ONLY FOR COLORADO RESIDENTS
Pay Rate:
- $18/hour
- $18.50/hour (English + Spanish)
What you get: Up to $70/month Internet reimbursement
Shift: M – F
Training:
- 7:30am 4pm MT
- Flexible between 5am-5pm MT
What you will be doing:
- Answering back-to-back calls, to provide caring and knowledgeable assistance to members and providers
- Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits, eligibility, coverage, claims payment and authorizations
- Thoroughly and completely documenting all customer interactions
The right candidate will have:
- 2 years of proven Call Center experience
- 1 year of Healthcare, Medical, or Health Insurance experience required
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to resolve basic IT issues without assistance
- Positive personality and lots of energy that comes through clearly over the phone
- English + Spanish is preferred.
- Must have Internet Speed of 50 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload
- No time off first 2 weeks.
