Salary
– Bilingual: $17.50 per hour
– Monolingual 16.97 per hour
– Work Schedule: 8 am to 7 pm Central time. The employee will be assigned an 8-hour shift during that period.

Whats a typical bilingual English/Arabic customer service representatives? Youll be:
Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
Recording consistent problem areas and providing solutions
Responding to email inquiries
Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
Communicating complex information and addressing related questions
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred)
Have at least two (2) years of relevant experience
Possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Have strong customer service experience, preferably in a provider services environment
Are computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Have a typing speed of 30+ wpm
Can perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Can successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously
Have previous call center experience
Are bilingual in English/Arabic OR English/Spanish
