Schedule
- Remote work from Utah, Texas, or North Carolina only (subject to change)
- Hourly position: $12–$15 USD
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service over phone and digital channels
- Assist customers with orders, account questions, and product information
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience
What You Need
- Based in Utah, Texas, or North Carolina
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
