Conduent is now also offering extensive customer care, technical support and services in Greece at a large international company.
We are looking for German-speaking account managers (m/f/d) for our projects.
Are you fluent in German and have excellent communication skills?
Then you’ve come to the right place!
We offer candidates who live or can relocate in Greece the opportunity to work from home or from our office in the center of Thessaloniki!
What you will do:
- Communication with customers by phone.
- Collection and maintenance of customer master data.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and representing a great brand.
- You will work towards achieving the goals set out in the client’s job description as well as internal goals.
What you should bring with you:
- German language skills at native speaker level.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
- Computer skills, routine handling of the PC and the Internet.
- Resourcefulness, ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility in terms of time in an energetic environment
