Schedule

  • Full-time, Remote (U.S.)
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (first two weeks)
  • Post-training: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
  • Attendance: 100% required during training, 93%+ ongoing to qualify for bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Provide support across Member Services, Retention, Pre-Cancel Services, and Third-Party Collections (as needed).
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Document all call activity accurately in internal systems.
  • Adhere to compliance, operational guidelines, and performance metrics (including KPIs and attendance standards).

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong customer service aptitude and professional communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • 100% attendance required during the first 3 weeks of training.
  • Must meet technical and workspace requirements:
    • Private, distraction-free home office (no public/shared environments).
    • Desktop or laptop with Windows 10/11 (Mac/Chromebooks not supported).
    • Dual Core 2 GHz processor or better, 4GB+ RAM, 80GB+ free storage.
    • Monitor 18”+ with 1920×1080 resolution.
    • Wired keyboard, wired mouse, wired headset with noise-canceling mic.
    • High-speed, hard-wired internet (20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum).
    • Firewalled router (no direct modem or Wi-Fi connections).
