Schedule
- Full-time and part-time remote roles available
- All equipment must be picked up at your local AHS office
- Must be based in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Assist individuals and families in accessing health care services
- Provide accurate, consistent information with professionalism
- Document calls and create workflows in company systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years in a call center customer service role
- Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude
- Proficiency with PCs and willingness to learn new applications
- Ability to manage high call volume in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information
- Understanding of Medicaid and health insurance preferred
- Associate degree preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
