Schedule & Training
- Training (First 2 Weeks): Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
- Attendance: 100% required during training; ongoing minimum 93% attendance required for bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally
- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
- Support retention and engagement efforts with empathy and consistency
- Adhere to compliance, performance metrics, and attendance requirements
What You Need
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy; ability to navigate multiple applications
- Must pass a background check
- Discipline to work from a private, distraction-free home office (no public/shared environments)
Technical Requirements
- Computer: Windows 10 or 11 only (Mac & Chromebooks not supported)
- Dual Core 2 GHz processor (or better), 4 GB RAM minimum, 80 GB free hard drive space
- Monitor: 18” or larger, 1920×1080 resolution
- Wired keyboard & mouse (wireless not allowed)
- Wired headset with noise-canceling mic
- Hard-wired high-speed internet (Wi-Fi and satellite not supported)
