Schedule
- Full-Time, Remote (must be a Rhode Island resident)
- 1st and 2nd Shifts available (2nd shift includes 10% differential pay)
- Call center operates 24/7/365, including weekends and holidays
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from lottery retailers regarding equipment, supplies, and game info
- Troubleshoot terminal equipment issues and take corrective action
- Escalate or transfer calls to internal departments when needed
- Defuse escalated situations with professionalism and empathy
- Record all interactions and outcomes in CRM accurately
- Provide consistently outstanding customer service
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, enter data accurately, and navigate computer systems
- Quiet, secure home workspace with employee-paid wired high-speed internet
- Commitment to weekends and holiday work as part of call center operations
