Schedule
• Full-time
• Remote eligible for Wisconsin residents only (or on-site at the Manitowoc, WI office)
• Must have a quiet, secure home workspace
• Training and ongoing development provided

What You’ll Do
• Place and receive calls to help patients resolve medical balances
• Offer repayment solutions and negotiate terms that support both the patient and the client
• Gather and document demographic, insurance, and other required information
• Research and resolve patient questions using internal systems and web-based tools
• Use active listening to confirm information and help calm upset callers
• Educate patients on the billing cycle, payment programs, and financial options
• Follow all regulatory, compliance, and departmental procedures
• Refer patients/accounts to appropriate departments as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and represent Americollect with integrity
• Meet key performance expectations for service quality and productivity
• Participate in team culture, open communication, and continuous learning

What You Need
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Exposure to call center environments preferred
• Familiarity with collections, healthcare revenue cycle, or medical billing is a plus
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, research information, and multitask
• Commitment to professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
• Interest in personal and professional growth
