Job details
A trusted client of Randstad’s has immediate openings for experienced call center customer service reps. ***This is a remote position, but will only accept candidates from NJ.***
A minimum of 2 years of call center experience is required preferably in a healthcare setting. Medicare experience a plus. If interested, please apply to this position.
Responsibilities
- Answer high volume of inbound calls
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding patient assistance program such as prescription refills, questions about the program or application status
- Enter data in system and spreadsheets
