What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily inbound call center operations, ensuring service levels, quality, and schedule adherence are met
- Spend ~80% of your time coaching and mentoring agents to improve performance
- Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging team environment
- Create and manage performance improvement plans
- Provide coaching, recognition, and disciplinary action when appropriate
- Partner with clients and internal leadership on performance discussions
- Ensure compliance with all security, HR, and operations policies
- Step in to take calls when needed
What You’ll Bring
- College degree preferred (HS diploma/GED required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to coach, inspire, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills (North American business standards)
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Must pass background checks (may include drug/credit screening)
- Strong attendance history
