JoomPro is one of the core businesses of Joom, an international group of e-commerce and fintech companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes four other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for worldwide shopping; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; Joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in Europe; Joom Logistics, a company providing logistics, technology and infrastructure services for international e-commerce. Joom offices are located in Latvia, China, USA, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal.
We are currently looking for a call center operator who will be responsible for driving sales and significantly expanding our customer base in Brazil.
Responsibilities
— Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls
— Provide information to customers about our service
— Correspond with customers via email
— Track and report on sales activities, leads and results using CRM
— Send commercial offers to customers
Requirements
— 1+ year of call center experience in a similar sales position with proven track record, preferably in B2B sales
— Native or advanced Portuguese
— Good communication skills
— High-speed internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer
preferred
— Fluent English
