Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from customers seeking free insurance quotes
- Ask qualifying questions and connect callers to insurance companies best suited to their needs
- Follow scripts and processes to ensure high-quality, consistent customer interactions
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while managing a high call volume
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly performance targets
- Document calls accurately and thoroughly
What You Need
- High School Diploma required
- 2–3 years call center experience (customer service and/or sales)
- Outbound telemarketing experience preferred
- Prior experience with commission-based compensation strongly preferred
- Strong listening skills and professional phone demeanor
- Detail-oriented with excellent work ethic and attendance
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Tech-savvy with ability to train and work remotely
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.00/hour + uncapped monthly commission ($500–$3,000 typical range)
- $500 sign-on bonus (after 30 days)
- $100 monthly attendance bonus (after 60 days)
- Commission eligibility begins at 30 days
