Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Call Center hours: 7 AM – 11 PM EST, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Mandatory 4-week intensive training at the start of employment
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate customer service to pet families via phone
- Accurately document medical information and schedule appointments
- Handle emotional conversations with patience, calm, and empathy
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards in a remote environment
- Adapt quickly to new processes and software (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, Zoom)
- Support veterinarians and families by ensuring smooth scheduling and service coordination
What You Need
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center roles
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous remote/work-from-home experience preferred
- High attention to detail and reliability (attendance and punctuality required)
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
- Commitment to completing the 4-week intensive training program
