Call Center Representative – Work from Home
Job Title: Call Center Representative – Work From Home (Independent Contractor)
Job Status: 1099 Contract (approximately 20-30 hours each week), Monday through Friday, 10am-5pm CST shift available

A day in the life of a work from home call center representative
- Work from home as a call center representative
- Qualify families for our partner care providers
- Engage with our partner agencies to connect qualified families
- Maintain performance metrics
What you’ll need
- Previous call center experience
- Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
- Experience in lead generation and/or lead verification call types is a plus
- Five9 contact center software experience is a plus
- Ability to receive coaching and implement feedback
- Stable high speed hardwired internet connection connected to your PC or Apple computer, laptop preferred
- Quiet work environment with no distractions
- Professional attitude to work independently from home
- At least 18 years old
