Description
A Medical Group in Beverly Hills is looking to add two call center representatives to their growing team. An ideal candidate is one who has previous experience working in a call center environment and has healthcare experience.
These two individuals will be tasked with taking incoming calls from patients or providers, going over benefit plans with patients, change of pcp, updating patient information, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, and data entry. It is also preferred to have previous Medicare Advantage knowledge.
This person will be required to train in office for the first 4-6 weeks and then once up and acclimated, they then can transition too fully remote.
This is a full time Monday-Friday role and working hours of 8am-5pm.

Requirements
- Call Center experience 2+ years
- Basic Office Skills
- Medicare Advantage knowledge
- Insurance verification and processing authorization experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
