Details for Remote Customer Service Representative:

  • Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday (8:00am – 10:00pm EST)
  • Must have flexible availability (set schedules will be provided after training period)
  • Pay Rate: $15.00/hour PLUS monthly commission!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Remote Customer Service Representative:

  • Answer and de-escalate calls from upset customers wanting to cancel their service
  • Negotiate with customers to retain their business and up-sell accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service and empathy on each call
  • Document all calls in detail

Job Requirements for Remote Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have your own computer with direct internet access and headset (Apple and Chromebooks are NOT compatible)
  • Be located in the continental US (Except California, Alaska, and Hawaii)
  • Must have consistent work history and tenure of a year minimum in each recent position
  • Must be comfortable speaking with people who are upset
  • Minimum recent 2 years of sales, retention, or escalation experience required
  • Must complete a background/education check and drug test
