Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote (US)
- Support center open 7 AM – 11 PM EST, 7 days/week
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
- Mandatory 4-week virtual training (must attend fully)
Pay
- $16/hr, hourly + eligible for overtime
What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume incoming calls from pet families
- Guide emotional conversations with patience and sensitivity
- Gather medical information and schedule appointments
- Document details accurately across systems and tools
- Provide exceptional service and support to families and veterinarians
- Meet performance, quality, and attendance standards
What You Need
- Experience in high-volume call center or customer service
- Ability to handle emotional conversations with empathy
- Tech comfort: Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, call systems
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Prior remote work experience preferred
- Must complete full 4-week training program
