Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (U.S. based)
- Support Call Center hours: 7 am–11 pm EST, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required
- Mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment (attendance required)
What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume customer service calls in a remote environment
- Provide calm, compassionate guidance to pet families seeking end-of-life care
- Accurately gather and document pet medical information, scheduling appointments efficiently
- Meet all performance, productivity, and quality standards
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and dependability in a sensitive environment
- Go above and beyond to support pet families and veterinarians with empathy and care
What You Need
- Experience in high call-volume, customer service, or call center roles
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, Zoom)
- Prior experience working remotely or with minimal peer interaction
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs
- Commitment to attend and complete the full 4-week training program
Compensation
- $16.00 per hour
- Overtime eligible (non-exempt)
