- Full-time

- 24/7 operation with scheduling that may include weekends and shift flexibility
- Starting pay: $19.85/hour (scheduled increase after 6 months)
- Weekend shift differential: +10% (about $21.84/hour)
- Additional scheduled pay increases up to $2.25 between 6–18 months (tenure + good standing)
- Monthly incentive program after 6 months (performance + tenure)
What You’ll Do
- Take incoming calls from members needing emergency roadside assistance (towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, minor mechanical issues)
- Assess the situation, confirm immediate safety, and capture details accurately and quickly
- Stay compassionate and composed during high-intensity calls
- Relay critical information to internal and external teams to support fast dispatch
- Work collaboratively to keep Emergency Roadside Service running smoothly
- Hit structured performance goals tied to member satisfaction
What You Need
- Customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills (required; fluency assessment provided)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Empathy and comfort supporting people in distress
- Strong computer and multitasking skills (talk and type while navigating multiple systems)
- Understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety basics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
