What You’ll Do
- Facilitate new hire, progression, and refresher training for call center staff
- Train employees on client projects, focusing on confidentiality & compliance
- Develop training materials and non-classroom communication resources
- Evaluate class and individual performance, providing feedback for improvement
- Partner with clients and internal teams to enhance curriculum
- Uphold company policies and security standards
- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
What You’ll Need
- 1+ year of call center supervisory or training experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- Comfortable speaking to large groups and adapting to different learner types
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background in curriculum design or instructional development a plus
- College degree preferred (HS diploma/GED required)
- Must pass background and drug screening
