What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate new hire, progression, and refresher training for call center staff
  • Train employees on client projects, focusing on confidentiality & compliance
  • Develop training materials and non-classroom communication resources
  • Evaluate class and individual performance, providing feedback for improvement
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to enhance curriculum
  • Uphold company policies and security standards
  • Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

What You’ll Need

  • 1+ year of call center supervisory or training experience
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
  • Comfortable speaking to large groups and adapting to different learner types
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in curriculum design or instructional development a plus
  • College degree preferred (HS diploma/GED required)
  • Must pass background and drug screening
