Looking for a work-from-home job opportunity? We have just the job for you! Our Client in San Antonio is currently hiring for WFH Customer Service Agents.

This is a work from home position after the first 3 days in office for equipment set up. This position requires for candidates to live within 70 miles of San Antonio, TX. This is a 90 day temp-to-hire position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus once hired on internally!

Starting pay is $14/hour for English calls, $15/hour for fluent Spanish speaking candidates We also offer referral bonuses!! Weekends off! Schedules are Monday-Friday; flexibility needed between 8 am – 6 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services in a contact center.
  • Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding the information on programs and services.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Address customers’ inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns.
  • Perform data entry accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
