What You’ll Do
- Contact body shops to confirm pick-up details and obtain release authorization
- Speak with vehicle owners to secure releases, arrange transport, and coordinate personal item removal
- Use VIN decoding tools to gather vehicle information quickly and accurately
- Document all interactions and maintain organized vehicle notes in the system
- Handle 100+ outbound calls and process 60+ vehicle lots daily
- Participate in weekly team meetings via Teams to stay connected and aligned
- Support team members with additional tasks and uphold Copart’s quality standards
What You Need
- 1+ year of office support/customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving mindset
- Professional virtual presence and a quiet home workspace
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to work occasional overtime

Pay
- $16.04 – $22.00 per hour
- California, Colorado, New York, Washington: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
