What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Follow scripts and ask qualifying questions to determine caller eligibility
- Collect and record caller information in CRM systems accurately
- Transfer eligible callers seamlessly to licensed sales agents
- Politely disengage with unqualified callers while maintaining professionalism
- Meet performance metrics including transfer rates, call quality, and handling time
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and company procedures
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role
- Clear, professional phone voice with excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow scripts and maintain accuracy under high call volume
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Preferred
- Experience in insurance or healthcare, especially Medicare
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
