Call Transfer Specialist in Cincinnati, Ohio – Remote

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Call Transfer Specialist for a 100% remote, Contract, Full-time position for 3-6 months. You will be responsible for transferring calls. Pay is $17/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Transferring calls
- Manage a high call volume 70+ calls daily
Education
- High School diploma or GED with experience in medical insurance or managed care.
- Post high school education is preferred but not required
Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in healthcare call center
- Claims experience
Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
Hours:
- Between 8am-8pm EST M-F – 8 hours/daily 40 hours/weekly (8-5 or 8:30-5:30)
