Schedule
- Remote eligible, combo, or on-site in Columbus (OH), West Valley City (UT), Newark (DE), Phoenix (AZ)
- Monday–Friday shifts, with weekends as assigned
- Training provided, with all equipment (laptop, monitors, headset, etc.) shipped to you
- October 2025 start dates available
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound fraud-related calls, verify transactions, and authenticate callers
- File fraud reports and ensure accurate documentation
- Follow up or escalate account issues as needed
- Make outbound calls to confirm suspicious account activity
- Deliver excellent service while protecting cardmembers
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to focus in a quiet home office space with wired internet (100 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum)
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
