What You’ll Do
- Review and transfer patient data accurately between Salesforce and medical records systems
- Maintain patient charts and ensure documentation meets internal and regulatory standards
- Enter and update patient information in databases and EHR systems
- Provide administrative support to admissions and clinical teams, including scheduling and preparing documents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies to protect patient privacy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflows
- Participate in training and development opportunities to build skills in care administration and compliance
What You Need
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in health sciences, communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare administration, data operations, or data management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance
- Familiarity with GSheets, Salesforce, and EMRs is a plus
