- Shifts available:
- Sunday–Thursday, 11am–7:30pm ET
- Tuesday–Saturday, 11am–7:30pm ET
- Monday–Friday, 11am–7:30pm ET
- Monday–Friday, 3pm–11:30pm ET
- 24/7/365 team coverage with flexible scheduling
What You’ll Do
- Conduct introductory video appointments with members and manage high-volume schedules
- Provide personalized recommendations, education, and navigation support
- Escalate issues when needed to ensure exceptional care delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect members with immediate care
- Anticipate social determinants of health needs and connect members to resources
- Collaborate with product, support, and provider teams to close the loop on member needs
- Uphold Maven’s core values of speed, empathy, and “walking through walls” for members
What You Need
- Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare
- 1–2+ years of direct patient care or digital health experience
- Strong communication skills with empathetic verbal and written ability
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to change
- Experience achieving KPIs related to engagement, satisfaction, and productivity
- Proficiency with technology systems and tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in maternal-child health, family planning, or related areas
- Comfort with tools like Google Suite, CRM platforms, EHRs, or Zendesk
- Healthcare certification or licensure
- Fluency in Spanish or French
