- Sunday–Thursday, 3pm–11:30pm ET
- Sunday–Thursday, 11am–7:30pm ET
- Tuesday–Saturday, 3pm–11:30pm ET
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume introductory video appointments with members
- Answer questions, provide personalized care navigation, and recommend resources
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, quality care access
- Educate members on program needs and close the loop on all follow-up items
- Anticipate and address social determinants of health needs
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve member experience
What You Need
- Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare
- 1–2+ years in direct patient care or digital health
- Excellent problem-solving, flexibility, and growth mindset
- Empathetic written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with tech tools like Google Suite, CRM, and EHR systems
- Preferred: experience in family planning/maternal-child health, bilingual (Spanish or French), healthcare certification/licensure

- $55,000–$60,000/year + stock options
