Schedule
This team provides 24/7/365 support. Current shift options include:

  • Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM ET
  • Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM ET
  • Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM ET

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a high volume of introductory video appointments with members
  • Answer questions, provide personalized recommendations, and guide members through our platform
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Coordinate care access and follow up to close the loop on member needs
  • Provide education and resources tailored to program needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Care Coaches, Providers, and Product teams
  • Identify referral needs and connect members with appropriate Maven providers
  • Anticipate and address members’ social determinants of health needs
  • Participate in projects and process improvements to enhance the care experience

Requirements

  • Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare
  • 1–2+ years of experience in direct patient care or digital health
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a remote/startup environment
  • Empathy and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience meeting KPIs for engagement, satisfaction, or productivity
  • Comfortable learning and using new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in family planning, maternal-child health, menopause, adoption, or surrogacy
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, CRMs, EHRs, and Zendesk
  • Certification or licensure in a healthcare-related field
  • Fluency in Spanish or French

Compensation

  • Base salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
  • Stock options included
