Schedule

  • Fully remote 1099 contractor role
  • Must live in: Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Utah, or Nevada
  • Work must be completed on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET
  • Minimum 20–25 hours of availability per week required
  • You provide your own equipment and reliable internet connection

What You’ll Do

⦁ Cold call Medicare patients using CircleLink’s enrollment software, averaging about 15 outbound calls per hour

⦁ Clearly explain the monthly check-in program’s benefits, eligibility, and how it works in simple, patient-friendly language

⦁ Answer questions with empathy and accuracy so patients feel informed, respected, and comfortable

⦁ Motivate and encourage patients to enroll, confidently handling objections and guiding conversations toward a decision

⦁ Accurately document every call and patient interaction in the system with a commitment to 100% detail and compliance

⦁ Track recurring questions, issues, and feedback and share trends with management to improve scripts and outreach

⦁ Stay current on program details, talking points, and best practices for Medicare patient outreach and education

What You Need

⦁ At least 2 years of outbound phone sales experience

⦁ Fluent in English (Spanish fluency is a plus but not required)

⦁ Proven success with high-volume cold calling, including initiating calls, engaging prospects, and driving conversions or appointments

⦁ Strong closing skills and comfort overcoming objections while staying patient-focused

⦁ Self-directed, able to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting performance metrics

⦁ Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems

⦁ Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

⦁ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a patient-first mindset

⦁ Resilient and adaptable, able to keep conversations productive even when calls are challenging
